Our mission unites Shivshakti, GAARRKH, members, and workers for jobs, skills, and social impact. With clear roles, training, CSR projects, and digital tools, we generate income from services for community programs, while empowering leaders, strengthening networks, and linking people to government schemes for sustainable growth and lasting change.

The customer will pay a ₹200 service charge and select the service.
If there is any technical issue, the customer will call Customer Care Support.
Customer Care will share the enquiry details with both the franchise and the worker.
The customer will either visit the franchise directly or the worker will visit the customer, depending on the situation.
Once the work is completed, the customer will make the payment to the company’s account, and the company will transfer the payment directly to the worker’s account.

 What is  groupleader franchise ?

The Group Leader is the local guide of the Shivshakti Organization, responsible for uniting technicians and members, solving issues, implementing the work plan, and ensuring progress as per the organization’s policies.

👑 Duties of Groupleader?

Select 200 workers for 200 services, enroll one relative (mother, sister, or wife) of each as a member, and register their data in the app via the mini-cluster office. Build a strong village network, promote digital literacy, create service awareness, and organize training and events to empower locals for leadership, livelihood, and social responsibility.

📘 Garrrkh Group Leader Training Plan

Training will be provided through Zoom sessions as needed, covering services, app usage, technician onboarding, and reporting. You’ll also get Marathi video guides, PDFs, weekly Q&A sessions, and daily updates via a WhatsApp/Telegram support group.

What is Mini Cluster Franchise ?

A Mini Cluster means opportunity, respect, and stable income — led by a leader for 25 villages, through which youth, women, and men gain employment, training, and income via 200+ services and 50+ courses.

Duties Of Mini Cluster?

✅ The main role of the Mini Cluster is to work with customers and worker members as the central focus — appointing a Group Leader in each village, enrolling workers for each service along with their female relatives into Shivshakti, recording their data in Excel and the app, promoting 200+ services and courses, teaching app usage, doing Zoom reporting, participating in incentive schemes, and continuously strengthening the network to expand Gaarrkh’s reach.

Selection Process of MiniCluster Franchise 

Mini Cluster Selection Process

  1. Process – One leader will be selected from each area based on fixed criteria and a 10-mark scoring system. A booking amount of ₹1000 (refundable) will be taken.

  2. Why ₹1000? – This is a security deposit; if not selected after the trial period, you will get a full refund. 

  3. Criteria (10 Marks) – Timely Response (3), Quality of Work (3), Customer Feedback (2), Communication & Attitude (2). Scoring 7+ marks makes you eligible.

  4. Benefits – If selected, you will represent your area, get assured work, higher income, and the chance to bring more projects. If not selected, you will still get the Group Leader role with earning opportunities.

  5. If Not Selected – ₹300 refunded, opportunity to join the next round, and start earning 10% per worker from day one as a Group Leader.
